From the Registrar’s Office:
New online services available

To serve you better, the Registrar’s Office has been working to provide access to more online services. Online access is now available to Gateway Student Services, the Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS), enrollment verifications and transcript orders.

You can go to the Gateway Student Services Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Web site by clicking the "Ask Us" button on the Metropolitan State University homepage. This option is also available on the Web pages of the Registrar’s Office, Admissions Office, Office of Student Financial Aid, IT and Business Office. Students can access the Web site directly at http://askus.metrostate.edu. All the FAQs are searchable, and if what you need to know isn’t there, click on the "Ask a Question" tab and ask.

If you have completed only Metropolitan State University courses, or if you were admitted Summer 2006 or later, you can access DARS online for an up-to-date degree audit. Additionally, if you were admitted before Summer 2006 and were given a degree audit when you were admitted, you can also get an up-to-date degree audit. To get an online degree audit, log into the Web Registration portal and then click on the "Student" tab. Once there, select "Degree Audit Report" on the left side of the window. A new audit is run every 24 hours.

Unfortunately, you will need to continue to use a GELS worksheet for your program planning.

Enrollment verification and online transcript ordering, as well as loan information, have also been made available. To access these services you will need to log into your NetDirect account. Once you have logged in, select the “Student Services” tab at the top of the window. From there you will need to select “Transcript, Loan & Enrollment Info.” At the bottom of the next page you will find a link to "Enter National Student Clearinghouse Service." Click on the link and follow the prompts.

We hope you find these services useful and valuable. We look forward to serving you better in the future.
