You’re invited to Heritage Toastmasters meetings!

Students interested in improving their leadership and public speaking skills are invited to join Heritage Toastmasters. This Toastmasters club meets from noon to 1 p.m., Tuesdays, on the fifth floor of the Sibley Square at Mears Park Building, 190 E. Fifth St., St. Paul. Calling all artists!

Frattallone’s Ace Hardware invites local artists to turn mops into Monets and plungers into Picassos as it prepares for the inaugural Frattallone’s Hardware Art Show. The top pieces of submitted hardware artwork will be on display for the public to enjoy (and potentially purchase) at Frattallone’s Ace Hardware at 1804 Nicollet Avenue South in Minneapolis beginning Oct. 17 through Nov. 16, 2008.
